CARDIAC REGISTRY REVIEW
The 60-hour Hebron International Cardiac Registry Review program is designed to assist students that are candidates (graduates of a two-year Echocardiography or Cardiovascular Technology program) for primary registration through the RDCS (American Registry od Diagnostic Registered Cardiac sonographer).
The review will consist of board-type questions which include anatomy and physiology, clinical indications, technique, two-dimensional and M-mode echocardiography, spectral and color flow doppler imaging, evaluation of heart valves, diseases of the heart, pathological mechanisms, clinical manifestations and therapeutic measures of diseases that affect the heart. The course involves 40 hours of classroom theory and 20 hours of hands-on externship at a clinical facility.
